Jason’s Story

Jason created his first business at fourteen, selling telecommunications and computer equipment in the Australian regional city of Toowoomba. In the lead up to this, he was inspired by books like The Pursuit of Wow! by Tom Peters, which opened his eyes to the power of customer and employee experience.
Jason tested and implemented strategies for improving experience in a variety of sectors, including telecommunications, retail, media, finance, automotive, health, and not-for-profit. He worked with companies including Telstra, Target Australia, Fairfax Media, New South Wales Government, SingTel Optus, and Volkswagen Group Australia, and he sat on the boards of ACON Health Limited and Oz ShowBiz Cares / Equity Fights AIDS.
A cornerstone of Jason’s career has been an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of customers and employees. During his time in the telecommunications industry, he implemented ideas for improving customer experience in a number of verticals by over 100 percent. In retail and media, his initiatives to improve efficiencies by focusing on customer and employee experience saved tens of millions of dollars in a matter of months and improved employee retention by double digits year on year. Additionally, he has led transformational programs resulting in tens of millions in revenue improvement.

3 Businesses Before He Was 21

Jason S Bradshaw knew early on in his entrepreneurial career that it’s not always about the product you’re selling but rather the experience you provide your customers. At just 14 years old, Jason started his first business selling mobile phones and computer software. He quickly realized that he didn’t have a passion for retailing either of these products, but he was (and still is) passionate about providing his customers with a better experience than his competitors. After three years in business, Jason exited this business and went on to build a number of successful businesses in various industries. 

These included starting a Domestic & Commercial Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control business. But Jason is always looking for ways to maximize the return on assets and after a while he converted part of the office into a retail video rental store – yes there was a time where video rental stores were a thing. Ultimately Jason exited both businesses however the experiences gained through both these industries furhter adds to his ability to help businesses transform and grow.

Jason is an accomplished professional with decades of experience in some of Australia’s and the world’s most recognizable brands. His experience spans numerous industries including, telecommunications, retail, media, government, banking & finance, travel and professional services. 

He is an effective leader with experience managing teams in multiple countries and shaping the work done in many branches across the globe. 

Jason has consistently achieved impressive results throughout his career. Some of his notable accomplishments include increasing e-commerce revenue by 300% in 9 months, saving $60 million in operating costs, and delivering over 60 consecutive months of continuous improvement in customer and employee experience scores.
