As Chief Customer & Marketing Officer at Volkswagen Group Australia, Jason S Bradshaw and his team launched a new Augmented Reality tool to assist customers ‘try-on’ the new Volkswagen T-Roc and T-Cross.
The AR App was developed as part of a consistent focus on making it easier, more convenient for customers to interact with and experience the brand.
The customer experience is further enhanced by the ability to configure and purchase their new car online, all from the comfort of their homes (or where ever they choose).
