Jason S Bradshaw sat down with Alex Zaharov-Reutt from IT Wire to discuss how Volkswagen Australia’s launch of Augmented Reality (AR) App made it easier and more convenient for customers to experience the new Volkswagen models.
Jason explains that the AR App was born out of a desire to improve the customer experience by making it easier for customers to configure and experience their perfect vehicle in the comfort of their lounge room or wherever they want to ‘try on’ their new car.
